General Admission Requirements
The college practices no
discrimination on the basis of race, sex, creed, religion, financial status
or country or area of origin of residence.
All students must have a personal
interview with the registrar.
In general, students are required
to have completed the 10th grade, or the graduate or GED recipient must furnish a copy of their High School
transcript, graduation certificate or GED Certificate.
Any person who does not produce a
High School Diploma or a GED will be given an ability to benefit test
administered by the Registrar. A student's ability to benefit is
ascertained by the student achieving the required preset score on this
test.
Students must be free of all
contagious or infectious conditions and be of good moral character.
Cura Cosmetology
School offers a 1500 clock hour course of study that involves instruction in
the beautification and care of the hair, skin and nails. This course
can be completed in less than a year if attended full-time (40 hours per
week).
