We appreciate your interest!  If you live outside the State of South Carolina, you should check with the State Board in your area.  (Unless you are planning to relocate to South Carolina.)  Those of you who live out of state, do NOT need to complete the pre-registration form as Licensing requirements can vary from state to state.  Our curriculum prepares students for the South Carolina State Board of Cosmetology Exam.  We do NOT offer on-line classes.
